Refund policy

RETURNS

At Jane’s Den LLC, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery confirmation.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition, including all original packaging and protective materials.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • Items returned outside of this timeframe or not in original condition may not be accepted.


FRAGILE ITEMS

Many of our products are fragile housewares. Please review the following carefully:

  • Fragile items must be returned in their original protective packaging.

  • Items damaged due to improper repackaging or handling by the customer are not eligible for a refund.

  • Jane’s Den LLC is not responsible for items damaged or lost during return shipping when customers use unauthorized shipping methods.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Items marked “Final Sale”


RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, you must contact us before sending any items back.

If your return is approved, you will receive instructions and a prepaid return shipping label.

Approved returns must use the return label provided by Jane’s Den LLC. We do not accept returns sent using self-purchased shipping labels unless explicitly authorized.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
Returns sent due to customer preference (not damage or error) may have the cost of the prepaid return label deducted from the refund.


REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Orders refused at delivery or returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer may be subject to return shipping fees, which will be deducted from the refund.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation and include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.


EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received your refund after approval:

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times vary.

  • If the issue persists, please contact us.
