ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
You will receive a notification once your order has shipped. During periods of high volume, processing times may be slightly delayed.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Jane’s Den LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
SHIPPING CARRIERS
We ship using reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the size and destination of your order.
FRAGILE ITEMS
Many of our products are fragile housewares. We take care to package all items securely.
Please note:

Once an order has been shipped, Jane’s Den LLC is not responsible for damage caused during transit.

If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Jane’s Den LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
If you believe your package is lost, please contact the carrier directly. We will do our best to assist but cannot guarantee replacement or refund.
